Notice Inviting Qualified Contractors for the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Informal Bidding Process the Modoc Joint Unified School District invites all interested contractors to be included on the District's List of Qualified Contractors for the calendar year. Contractors on the List will receive a "Notice Inviting Bids" for public projects between $45,000 and $175,000 in their qualified work category. Only qualified contractors will be notified. For more information about this process, please refer to California Public Contract Code Section 22034. All contractors interested in being added to the District's Qualified Contractors List should complete the Informal Bidding-Contract or Application form, available through the District. The application is also available for download at www.modoc.k12.ca.us,click on the District Office tab and click on the Contractor Bid Information.
